• Return window: 14 calendar days from delivery. Use the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form or email info@sombrerolife.com.

• Products must be returned in original condition and packaging. Opened hygiene products (e.g., underwear) are non-returnable.

• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. SOMBRERO will deduct return costs from refunds unless an exchange is requested.

• Refunds (incl. delivery cost) will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

• Products marked as discounted are not refundable, only exchangeable.

• Non-compliance with return policy may result in refusal.

For returns outside the EU: declare as "Returns and Repairs of Dutch Merchandise" to avoid customs delays.
